  1. Need a consultation with an attorney knowledgeable in real estate use restrictions. Neigbors signed a deed with restrictions related to horses its. Their property borders ours. When we bought our house the restrictions were in place. Subsequently they now board 5 hourses. The stench is so strong we cannot use the front of our property (including sitting on a garden swing, entertain etc. what are our options?
